Phases of the Moon Soap Collection **Moon Water and Exfoliants**

This collection of soap was inspired by reading the book “Magical Aromatherapy, The Power of Scent” by Scott Cunnigham. The table “Aromas of the Lunar Cycle” brought to fruition a collection of soaps based on his writings. In this section he explains how certain fragrances are attuned with lunar energy.

Each moon soap was created using my goat milk recipe. has an unique exfoliant to further enhance the properties of the soap:

Full Moon : Colloidal Oats

First Quarter Moon : Orange Peel

Last Quarter Moon : Dried Mint and Brazilian Clay

New Moon : Dead Sea Salt, Brazilian Clay, Activated Charcoal

The water used for this soap was left out under the April 16th Full Pink Moon, the first full moon of northern spring. It has also been enhanced by a crystal submerged within the water.

The pink moon is all about newness, freshness, and letting go of the things that aren't serving you, it is a time for change and growth.

This soap collection will arrive in its own individual gift box.

• FULL MOON : Scented in Jasmine, embraces the energy of the moon

  Ingredients : Lard, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Distilled Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Goat’s Milk, Shea Butter, Fragrance, Castor Oil, Colloidal Oatmeal, Sodium Lactate, Powdered Sugar, Mica Colorants, Eco Glitter, Tussah Silk.

• FIRST QUARTER MOON : Scented in Sandalwood, enhances spirituality

  Ingredients : Lard, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Distilled Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Goat’s Milk, Shea Butter, Fragrance, Castor Oil, Orange Peel, Sodium Lactate, Powdered Sugar, Mica Colorants, Titanium Dioxide, Tussah Silk.

• THIRD QUARTER MOON : Scented in Lemon, symbolizes the lessening of the moon’s influence

  Ingredients : Lard, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Distilled Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Goat’s Milk, Shea Butter, Castor Oil, Fragrance, Sodium Lactate, Dried Mint, Powdered Sugar, Brazilian Clay, Mica Colorants, Tussah Silk.

• NEW MOON : Scented in Camphor, symbolizes the coldness of the new moon

  Ingredients : Lard, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Distilled Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Dead Sea Salt, Goat’s Milk, Shea Butter, Fragrance, Castor Oil, Sodium Lactate, Powdered Sugar, Brazilian Clay, Activated Charcoal, Tussah Silk.

• WEIGHT : Soap weights vary within each individual batch and with each mold. Each bar is cleaned by hand, and is approximately 4.25 and 4.35 oz. or more.
